DOMAINE DES BAIES SAUVAGES
Domain Wild Berries (Baies sauvages) is a 35-ha property set on lands surrounding the small village of Nizas near Pézenas. This terroir is composed of rocky limestone plateaus and hills made of clay and limestone. The facing south of the vineyards enables the grapes to get aromas and tastes as early as September. The main varieties of grapes cultivated are the Syrah, Merlot, Clairette, Roussanne, Cabernet-Sauvignon and Grenache. The wines produced on the estate are the result of a close communion between the man, the grape variety and its soil.
