DOMAINE DE CASTELNAU
DescriptionThe Domain of Castelnau has very old origins. It was mentioned as early as the 13th century as a possession of the Lords of Guers. Situated 4 Km from Pézenas, not far from the Thau pond, it stretches over a hundred hectares between the plain and the scrublands. The cultivation process is conducted with the latest technical devices. The wine making process combines ancestral methods and the latest technologies.
The domain proposes a complete range of wines with the following grape varieties: Chardonnay, Viognier, dry Muscat, Cinsault rosé, Syrah, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. Also available in France and abroad: its PDO labelled Picpoul de Pinet.
