The vine has been embellishing the landscape of Daurion domain with its changing colours throughout the season since the Roman times. The family Collet settled there in the 1950s and never leaved. After introducing the Chardonnay grape variety, that was then unknown in this region dominated by the production of red wines, they developed a Champagne wine producing process, quite surprising for this terroir of still wines. With the 3rd generation, a wind of change is blowing. Accompanied by Laurent Braujou and his team, Isabelle cultivates the art of difference and makes Daurion the reference of great wines and fine sparkling wines of the south.
