Come and visit the Aquarium in Cap d’Agde: and get in free!
 

On its 20th anniversary (it doesn’t happen every day…) the Aquarium in Cap d'Agde is offering free entrance to visitors who come on their birthday to immerse themselves in the silent world of the blue planet.
So make the most of this opportunity, come and marvel at a stunning, surprising and captivating undersea world.
The Aquarium is open 365 days per year. The official aquarium records list 4,363 fish and other aquatic animals (some of which have been there for 20 years) with 274 different species. It welcomes 100,000 visitors and 10,000 schoolchildren per year. It has been approved by the Ministry of Youth and Sport, and is about to receive accreditation from the French Ministry for National Education.

Touring the aquarium

The Aquarium also offers, at no extra charge, an audio-guided tour in the form of an MP3 file that can be downloaded from its internet site www.aquarium-agde.com. A dedicated Wi-Fi loop offers access to the same files for Wi-Fi enabled phones.
