The markets

All the conviviality of the south is expressed at the markets.
As always, in the cool of the summer or in the heat of the winter sun, under the century old plane trees or in town squares, the traders practise a vocation more than a profession.
So it is with a sun-drenched accent, a generous smile and the Mediterranean verve with which they present their products.

Local specialities flourish on the stands, all for the greater pleasure of the eyes and taste buds. The master words are quality, freshness, flavour, variety...
